Job Details
Location: Milton, NH 03851
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days (9a-5pm)
Start Date: ASAP

Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,414/week 

Qualifications
• 1 year of LCSW staff experience
• Associate degree or required certifications
• Current state license

As an  Adolescent Therapist (social worker) here, you will be presented with the unique opportunity to provide transformative, holistic care as you guide our residents through their rehabilitative journey.

As an Adolescent Therapist (Social Worker) You Will:

• Provide comprehensive therapy for adolescents with anxiety, depression, and other mental health and behavioral health issues including substance abuse and other co-occurring disorders.
• Maintain in-depth documentation for clinical findings and observations regarding interactions with all assigned patients.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews with parents and clients and synthesize/disseminate significant information to team members.
• Develop and manage rapport with each assigned patient along 28 to 90-day mental wellness journey here with The Ridge healthcare group.
• Complete and assist participants in aftercare and discharge planning in partnership with patient family members and additional clinical team.

Exciting Qualities You May Have:

• Previous work experience in a clinical or residential setting
• Master's Degree
• Accreditation with the Board of Mental Health Practices (New Hampshire)
• Have previously worked with adolescents/young adults or in a youth-focused environment
