Senior District ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven senior district manager to join our expanding team at ADP. As a senior district manager, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our payroll transformation services to large businesses and enterprises across the South East Asia region. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, and understanding their needs and challenges. Scope: The senior district manager will be responsible for selling ADP's payroll transformation services to large businesses and enterprises in the South East Asia region. They will focus on identifying potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding clients' payroll needs and challenges, and proposing tailored solutions. The senior district manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation and onboarding process for clients, address any issues or concerns, and negotiate contracts and pricing. They will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline. The scope of the role also includes staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to effectively position ADP's payroll transformation services. The senior district manager will work independently and as part of a team, and may be required to travel within the South East Asia region.Responsibilities:• Identify and prospect potential clients in the South East Asia region, focusing on large businesses and enterprises.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CHRO, CFOs, and business stakeholders.• Understand clients' payroll processes and systems, and identify areas for improvement and transformation.• Present and demonstrate ADP's payroll transformation solutions• Collaborate with internal teams, such as implementation specialists and customer support, to ensure a smooth implementation and onboarding process for clients.• Address any issues or concerns raised by clients, and provide timely and effective solutions.• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, and provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline to management.• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to effectively position ADP's payroll transformation services.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree• Proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions or services, preferably in the Payroll or HCM industry.• Strong understanding of payroll processes and systems, and familiarity with payroll regulations in the South East Asia region.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to clients.• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Willingness to travel within the South East Asia region as required.Join our team at ADP and be part of a dynamic and innovative organization that is transforming the payroll landscape in South East Asia.
