ADP seeks a Senior QA Engineer in our Alpharetta, GA location.Responsibilities: Compile test plans and detailed test case scenarios based on business requirements and technical application specifications. Develop and execute test plans. Write and maintain test scripts that match test plans, create data sheets to be used with test scripts, and perform manual, negative, and regression tests by executing batches of automated scripts. Review, comment on and approve various design specifications and submit defects with clear, repeatable steps, analyze defects to ascertain sources and nature of defects. Ensure that Quality Assurance ("QA") issues are documented, tested, and applied to established product development timelines and deadlines. Provide adjustments to development cycle estimates of test completion and track progression of software products through QA testing process. Develop and implement testing procedures and work with development team members to ensure compliance with client specifications. Provide and adjust scheduling of assigned tasks throughout the product development cycle.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field plus three (3) years of related experience.
Work Experience:
Two (2) years of experience must include: Selenium or JavaScript Test Framework (example: WebdriverIO, Cypress); Java, C#, JavaScript;Testing and analyzing XML and JSON;Rally or JIRA; Agile; Scrum;REST API, including Java Client Library, Postman or SOAP UI; HTML; CSS; JavaScript; and Databases, including SQL or MongoDB.
