Job Title: TLM Implementation Lead
Location: Cheadle/ Staines
Reports to: Implementation Director
Overview: In the TLM (Time Labour Management) Implementation Lead role you will use your knowledge and experience in TLM to analyse and identify if the existing approach to implementations gives us the best efficiencies and outcome. We are looking for someone who can look outside of the current processes that are used and identify innovative ways to increase efficiency and therefore deal with our rapid growth in sales. Along with continuing to strengthen the relationships with our third-party vendors and, where applicable, build relationships and processes with any new vendors. A key part of the role is to liaise with key stakeholders within the business, report out on efficiencies and process changes and help build and drive the TLM side of the business. This role, therefore, will have high visibility with our Senior Leadership team and is a great opportunity to drive change.
Key Responsibilities and duties:
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Define, review and rollout new business processes, including working with any new software/hardware
- Understand and interpret internal and external business issues and recommend best practice
- Use experience in TLM to take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions for the client and ADP
- Drive the TLM implementation process and deliver rapid growth to the starts revenue associated to TLM.
- Work with all relevant stakeholders (TLM product suppliers, Implementation coaches and other departments) to conceive, develop and implement all necessary processes to support the growth in starts revenue
- Propose strategic actions to the Implementation SLT to ensure that ADP maximises revenue performance in TLM
- Act as a strategic link to provide key support for TLM Implementation Consultants with product, process education, measurement and performance.
- Partner with other business areas such as sales, services, product, to ensure alignment in the UK strategy for TLM.
- Keep up to date and assist with the business readiness for new product rollouts and existing product enhancements
- Work closely with sales and product departments to create alignment
- Identify problems, assess impact, and determine solutions Keep up to date with new product rollouts and existing product enhancements To project manage and implement client business on ADP's Time and Labour solutions to meet both client and company requirements in an agreed and timely manner (when required)
- Act as project lead for matrix project teams as required
- When required to implement client projects;
- Follow TLM software/implementation setup and programming guidelines to Implement new clients
- Update Implementation Management on progress of projects, highlighting order backlog and escalating appropriate risks and issues
- Obtain and log all relevant sign off documentation as per implementation and audit guidelines
- Ensure relevant ADP departments are kept informed as and when accounts go live as per agreed guidelines
- Perform project management, planning and analyse client requirement's
Requirements: Knowledge required:
- Minimum 5 years TLM Experience required
- Knowledge of Windows based network environment an advantage
- Knowledge of process improvement an advantage
- Must hold a clean UK driving license as some travel to client sites and between offices is required
