Position Title: Gerente Técnico de Productos / Technical Product Manager

Reports To (Title): Product Manager Latam

Job Summary:

Ensure the continuity and development of the ADP product line, along with its life cycle, identifying new business opportunities, promoting and encouraging the marketing of products and making necessary changes to ensure the maximization of business results. Manage brand building allowing the company to maintain its leadership and growth in the market.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Follow the product life cycle, cost analysis and profitability and its suitability to the sales strategy.
• Analyze the market, its competitors and trends, providing the company with data needed for its actions and strategic planning, in addition to identifying opportunities and proposing new products that bring a return to the company.
• Joint action with the R & D area to identify product optimization needs and introduce improvements and requests from customers and government regulations.
• Support the sales teams during their prospection process, providing the necessary materials and subsidies for the perfect accomplishment of their work
• Develop a communication plan containing product, market and target audience, place and form of communication, aimed at strengthening the brand.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Functional Knowledge - 2 - 5 Years of Technical Expertise.
• Advanced course in Accounting, Administration, Engineering, Computing or related areas. Knowledge of software development and programming. Market and business knowledge. Negotiation skills.
• Essential English and Spanish.
• Business Knowledge: Experience working with country payroll from a functional perspective (design and analysis, at a minimum) to one or more countries (Costa Rica). Proven ability to manage a portfolio of varied sized projects, effectively and concomitantly with little or no direction.
