The Opportunity
This position works out of our Plymouth, MN location, supporting our Electrophysiology Medical Device Division. In Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business, we’re advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.
This role manages all Electrophysiology contractual engagement assuring compliance with Corporate and divisional policies and procedures as it relates to finance. Also, provides financial leadership and guidance on the return on investment (ROI) calculations. This position will also support financial support and guidance to the Network Strategy team.
What You’ll Work On
Establish a process for the review/approval of all Electrophysiology (EP) contractual engagement to ensure compliance with CFM’s
Point of contact for reviewing all EP contractual engagement for operations, sales & Marketing, Research and Development and Admin.
Provide financial leadership and guidance to the finance EP team relating to contractual engagement ROI calculation
Assures compliance to all relevant GAAP as well as Corporate and divisional policies and procedures relating to contractual engagements
Collaborate with Supply Chain team on financial oversight of the direct material purchases to ensure proper inventory levels based on targeted DOH as part of the contract approval process
Provide financial leadership and guidance to the Operations Network Strategy team
Other ad-hoc / special projects as required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or other related field
8+ years finance experience, focus on accounting and financial compliance
Excellent attention to detail; strong business strategy understanding
Excellent communication skills

The base pay for this position is $95,000.00 – $190,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
