SUMMARY:Director of Digital & Artificial Intelligence is responsible for defining the Digital & AI strategy for Global Strategic Marketing organization in Infectious Diseases Business Unit of Rapid & Molecular Diagnostics.
This includes consideration of current best practices in the industry and within a company, recommendation on how to best leverage Digital & AI technologies to deliver on the long-term objectives for the business unit, development of an initiative roadmap including staffing and funding requirements to execute it, and establishment of the Digital & AI center of excellence for the Global Strategic Marketing organization that will drive the strategy & execution moving forward.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Assess the current Digital & AI landscape, including best practices within the industry and company
* Develop a value proposition and recommendation for development and adoption of specific AI enabled solutions to deliver on the long-term objectives for the business unit
*Develop a framework to evaluate options for different AI product roadmap ranging from open source, trained LLMs, untrained LLMs along with rationale and success metrics.
* Develop an initiative roadmap including staffing and funding requirements to execute it
* Establish Digital & AI center of excellence for the Global Strategic Marketing organization
* Depending on the strategy, staff an internal team to execute the strategy & the initiative roadmap, or recommend an outsourcing model to accomplish the objectives
* Establish Digital & AI center of excellence for the Global Strategic Marketing organization and Regional Marketing teams, including development of best practices and training curriculums
* Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders, including but not limited to global and regional teams, corporate, cross functional partners, consultancies, agencies, and executive leadership levels
* Serve as Global Marketing AI subject matter expert: Execute training and education on use of AI to maximize the Global Marketing teams knowledge

The base pay for this position is $162,000.00 – $324,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
