As a Software Development Manager for the Activation Team, you will lead a full-stack engineering team while working closely with cross-functional partners, stakeholders, and other engineering teams to build high quality and delightful user experiences.
You will:
Manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Cultivate leadership skills within your team by fostering an inclusive environment and providing opportunities for growth and development.
Lead your team to design the systems necessary to expand our suite of products while balancing quality, speed-to-market, and scalability for customer-facing features.
Continuously iterate upon the SDLC process of your team with the goal of delivering quality software predictably.
Uphold a high standard of software engineering excellence, working closely with your peers to identify gaps and areas for engineering improvements.
Foster strong cross-functional relationships across the organization to promote collaboration and ensure alignment on project goals.
This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.

Who you are2+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing engineering teams.
5-7 years of Agile software development experience, on both frontend and backend technologies.
Passion for mentoring, growing the potential of others, and supporting direct reports.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver results.
Iterative approach to software development combined with the commitment to ownership, moving fast and thinking big
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments with minimal oversight.
