About the teamThe Zillow Product Teams play a meaningful role in helping customers dream, shop, and transact on their next home across all our brands. We work with teams of Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Researchers to tackle complex engineering problems and build products that help digitally transform the real estate industry. Some of our Product Teams are delivering end-to-end online experiences for shopping, renting, touring, or financing their home with Zillow, while other teams advance our industry leading platforms for agent partners and customers.

We build upon a quantitative and qualitative foundation to understand our users by rapidly testing, iterating, and launching customer experiences on the world’s largest online real estate marketplace. Our goal is to achieve Zillow 2.0, deliver seamlessly comprehensive solutions for buyers, sellers, and agents transacting with Zillow.

This role will join a team at Zillow Home Loans, responsible for building digital experiences and tools that enable our partner real estate agents and loan officers to collaborate more effectively, providing a seamless and integrated transaction experience for our customers. As part of the team, you will work on creating an exceptional experience within Zillow Home Loans for our partner agents, making it the top choice for their mortgage lending needs which will ultimately drive substantial growth for our business. The team operates at the intersection of Zillow’s existing business, Premier Agent, and our fast-growing mortgage business, creating new opportunities for collaboration and innovation. • Inform strategy by monitoring competitors, understanding customer needs and technical designs of products to serve them

• Mobilize your teams to do their best work by providing clear direction, handling dependencies, removing roadblocks and applying effective operating rhythms

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $145,500.00 - $232,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
