Flexible Work Policy: The Analyst, Fleet Asset position has been segmented as Hybrid, meaning the work is a combination of onsite ( 2 days per month) and virtual. This position is based out of our corporate headquarters in Rosemont, IL.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES• Work with managers to understand business needs and identify potential data-oriented solutions for Fleet management programs and processes• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns and create data-oriented models that improve fleet processes and optimize safety, service, and cost• Document current and future state process flows and modified standards for process improvement opportunities• Assist in designing, updating, enhancing, and establishing processes around efforts to improve safety, service, and cost across the fleet organization• Develop and maintain documentation of best practices, procedures, and policies related to fleet business process• Document training plans for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to communicate & manage change in work process, as well as scorecards and dashboards to monitor improvements• Track and support key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with goals and objectives• Provide regular reporting on the performance of business process to key stakeholders• Support partnering and consensus building across fleet functions and with other internal and external stakeholders, as needed• Other duties assigned by managerRELATIONSHIPS• Internal: Finance, Field Operations, Supply Chain Excellence, Category and Vendor Management teams, Data and Systems, Reporting & Analytics, Information Technology, Procurement, Program Management Office, Routing & Operations, ReplenishmentMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• 0 –1 year experience• Able to translate data insights into specific optimization and improvement actions• Able to conduct a thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement• Proficiency with Microsoft Office with the ability to present clear and concise information to key stakeholders• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage time and balance multiple tasks with competing deadlines• 0% travel requiredEDUCATION• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business operations, supply chain, finance, economics, or equivalent experienceCERTIFICATIONS/TRAINING• Six Sigma Certification - Green Belt• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau, Power Bi or equivalent toolsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Experience in supply chain management, business, and/or data analysis, or related field
