Accounts Payable Analyst

• Create, maintain and analyze weekly and monthly Accounts Payable (AP) metrics and trends to glean meaningful insights.

• Review AP processes to identify improvements and efficiencies and collaborate with management to implement them.

• Act as a liaison between AP and IT, analyzing AP technology and administrating key department software.

• Provide technology support to the department, troubleshooting to resolve any issues.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in an analyst or accounts payable role is a plus, but we will train you!

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
