Position Responsibilities
Configure and support Workday and other packaged applications based on business requirements.
Document technical specifications to support applications, develop test plans and perform unit testing.
Build, test, implement and maintain Workday integrations with other applications.
Evaluate new software versions and plan for upgrades and patches.
Provide on-call support, triage problems, and resolve issues.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required.
4+ years' experience supporting packaged applications in a corporate or consulting capacity.
Proficient in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) with extensive Workday Report Writing - Custom Reporting skills.
Experience in Edit Tenant setup-related configuration for a variety of functional areas.
Experience in adding custom validations on Workday Business Processes.
Skilled in designing, developing, and troubleshooting inbound / outbound integrations. Workday Integrations Certification preferred.
Familiar with SQL / RDBMS and SharePoint.
