You May Be Placed on the Following Teams:

Total Rewards:

• Help collect and analyze compensation data from various sources including job description reviews and job pricing to assist compensation audits.

• Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends related to compensation and benefits.

• Learn about employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings and leave of absence policies and help explain them to employees. Pro tip: this will help your adulting skills!

• Gain exposure to payroll processing.

Minimum Requirements

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status students only.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience with Excel needed for Total Rewards and Analytics roles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Hardworking and enthusiastic with the ability to responsibly handle confidential HR data.
