Senior Tax Specialist

• Provide exceptional service while working through escalated tax exemption issues using your knowledge of exemptions across 46 states and Canada.

• Utilize advanced research tools while assisting Tax Specialists by handling all team questions.

• Review tax team output daily to ensure procedures and standards are maintained.

• Support the team with special projects, requests or duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is preferred.

• Experience with exemption certificates.

• Strong analytical, communication and customer service skills.

• Trustworthy and organized with impeccable attention to detail.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
