The Sr. Director will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Facilities services at all UCHealth hospital facilities. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional seeking to lead a strong team and bringing an already robust facilities management strategy to the next level.
Reporting Relationships Reports to: Vice President Facilities Design & ConstructionThe pay range for this position is: $144,872 - $231,795 / year. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

This individual will be joining a high performing, fast paced team and, as such, we have outlined characteristics that describe the ideal candidate for the Sr. Director Facilities Management position:Education/Certification• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred: Master's degree in related field.• Minimum Experience: 7 years of relevant experience.• Preferred Experience: facilities leadership experience in a large health system overseeing multiple facilities.
