In addition, to 7+ years of experience shipping large highly visible cross-functional programs, this role requires the ability to clearly link the organizational strategy to work efforts. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced individual contributor who is organized, able to lead in ambiguity and can seamlessly flex between strategic and tactical and influence at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic:
You will work with executive leadership, product management and business stakeholders to define the key outcomes of the strategies your portfolio, including how to measure the achievement of the outcomes. You will work with product management, business stakeholders and engineering leadership to identify what technical capabilities can be built and/or leveraged (build vs. buy analysis) to realize these outcomes, including identifying dependencies, assumptions and risks that could impact realizing these outcomes. You will quantify the enterprise value across a portfolio of initiatives, defining the customer, partner, and store outcomes. You will create sustainable, repeatable templates and approaches for delivery across the portfolio.
