The Director of Technical Services is an energetic leader that oversee the Technical Services initiative for Airport Lounges. The Director of Technical Services will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership, and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical services to our clients. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive innovation, optimize processes, and achieve operational excellence. Provide guidance and direction to align technical services with overall business goals.
This is a virtual position. This person will be actively working within our Airline Lounge accounts throughout the nation. Ideally, we'd like the selected candidate to reside in the Midwest to East Coast regions. This position will have some travel, estimated at up to 40%, and must be located within 30 minutes of a major airport.

Qualifications & Requirements:Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 7-10 years
Basic Functional Experience - 7-10 years of technical, facilities management or related experience
