Build a welcoming, helpful, and collaborative environment for the tenants and visitors occupying our Downtown Flagship Facility. The candidate is also comfortable working in a diverse and flexible work environment and can quickly manage multiple priorities and ensure the proper planning and execution of requests optimizing the experience for the customer. The position will have direct customer engagement to promptly respond to questions and facility-related issues. The Site Coordinator will be an expert multitasker with impeccable attention to detail and an extraordinary ability to foresee risks and anticipate needs providing the best customer experience possible.
