This is a seasonal position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. Oversee, review, and audit food safety compliance standards throughout the Food & Beverage Department while maintaining clear and consistent communication with upper management. Conduct daily audits of food locations, kitchen/production, point of sale, and service areas using approved audit methods and procedures. Provide effective communication of all findings to upper management through various methods to ensure quick and accurate resolution of areas needing attention.

• Promote Guest First Standards, Total Safety Culture, and Park/Departmental policies and procedures
• Prepare reports and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to upper management
• Correct areas of attention through retraining and communication methods
• Maintain strong communication with the in-park Safety Department
• Assist Executive Chef, Area Management, and Team Leaders in completing accident reports when needed
• Interact frequently with 3rd party audit services and Department of Health inspectors 

• Must be at Least 18 years old.  
• Understanding of Food Prep and Sanitation standards. 
• Minimum of two years in food service industry.  
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.  
• Understanding of Microsoft Office software.  
• Sanitation certification required.  
• Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.  

• All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
• Reports to IPS Senior Leadership Team
