We have two boys ages 10 and 7 who are bright, quirky, hilarious, sometimes easy and sometimes a bit challenging. We'd love to meet someone who's worked with elementary-aged neurodiverse kids and enjoys it!
We're looking for a periodic date night sitter for our boys who are both neurodiverse, meaning their brains work in unique ways. They require a lot of patience, a nuanced and open approach, and willingness to meet them where they are. We're looking for someone who welcomes the learning and the brilliance and hilarity that comes along with this (they'll keep you laughing) as well as the periodic challenges in behavior. Getting to know them involves rewarding relationships when you stick with it.
We live in Queen Anne. Our schedule is fairly flexible and we're open to a regular weekly time if regular hours are of interest too.
