Need a babysitter for 2 sweet girls on weekdays

Sittercity hiring for Need a babysitter for 2 sweet girls on weekdays jobs in Tampa, FL, US

We're a family 4 people. We have 2 girls who are very sweet but on the spectrum and one of them attend aba therapy 3 full days a week. The hours I need would be around 7pm to 9pm. Girls should be getting ready to go to bed by 8ish on regular days. The girls are very sweet and loving but will require some patience from the sitter. They are generally self reliant but need help with prompting.
We will try to have the girls ready for dinner and get bathed by the time ccomes. We just need someone to keep an eye on them and try to communicate with them so they will use words.
The hours and days may vary immensely as needs depends on other schedules too. ...unfortunately, we do not know till closer to that day on some days....so flexibility is definitely required..
