A family in Pacific Heights, San Francisco, is seeking a live-in nanny for their children ages 4, 3, and 1. They also have a full-time nanny from 6:30am-6pm Monday through Friday whose primary responsibility is the youngest child. The two older children are in preschool from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. The schedule they are looking for with the live-in nanny is from 6am/6:30am-9:30am and then 4:30pm-7:30pm Monday through Wednesday. They also want coverage Saturday and Sunday from 6:30am-6pm.
The live-in nanny's days off will be Thursday and Friday; the total weekly hours of the live-in nanny will be 41-42.5. This role will eventually transition to a ROTA one-week-on/one-week-off (not two-weeks on/off) schedule no later than December 2024. The family will be going to Europe for 6 weeks during July and half of August and they will bring the candidate to hire for 3 of those weeks and then the candidate to hire will have 3 weeks off when the other nanny flies in for the remaining time.
The duties include doing the children's laundry, preparing meals for the children such as breakfast and lunch, seeking out activities for the children (especially on weekends to help keep them entertained), and someone to drive at times. The nanny will have their own private bedroom and bathroom.You must be TrustLine certified, legal to work in the US and have a US Passport, Green card, or EAC to apply for this role.
