This role will be responsible for communication and the coordinated management of multiple related initiatives, working closely with our Strategy program, Cybersecurity leadership and individual managers within Cybersecurity to address interdependencies, ensure issues / risk mitigation, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the programs.
Additionally, the incumbent will support and facilitate the management of the framework for portfolio management, tracking and validating metrics for maintaining and reporting on KPIs that will be shared with executive management and across the Cybersecurity organization.
The leader will need to take direction from the CISO as well as other members of the leadership team. The incumbent will align work priorities with the published Cybersecurity strategy and the agreed metrics across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience with team leadership that crosses both divisions and geographic location and experience in the development of IT or Cybersecurity strategies (to include corresponding organizational and skills impact). Additionally – project (leadership) experience with the implementation of enterprise systems.
This role reports directly to the Sr Director, Architecture and Engineering
Essential Functions:
Strategy and Planning:
- Owner of the synchronization, tracking and reporting of the cybersecurity strategy.
- Owner of the PMO prioritization process for Cybersecurity
- Develop and implement Cybersecurity metrics program from Tactical to Board level.
- Develop and manage processes and requirements for the Cybersecurity Governance on a global basis.
- Develop and implement a Cybersecurity Operational Reporting program.
- Actively engage senior Cybersecurity leadership on a regular basis to ensure business needs are being met.
- Provide guidance, direction, and quality assurance for significant projects at the discretion of the CISO.
- Participate in leadership discussions to ensure team is represented.
Operational Management
- Develop and implement of operational structures in support of Cybersecurity requirements.
- Drive selected Cybersecurity strategic and tactical projects as required.
- Maintain relationships with key customers and address concerns as they arise.
- Provide efficient communication and decision-support to stakeholders and managers at all levels.
- Ensure departmental assets are used efficiently and appropriately.
- Maintain relationships with key consumers of departmental services and address concerns as they arise.
Incidental Functions
- Represent cybersecurity functional areas for key initiatives and understand the Cybersecurity impact on business functions.
- Assist with other projects as may be required to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the group and other business/technical entities.
- 5% travel as required (domestic and international).
This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa.
This position has a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and the option for working remotely two days.
Formal Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) or in lieu of a degree, at least 12 years in experience in the field of Information Technology or Business (work experience or a combination of education and work experience in the field of Information Technology or Business)
Knowledge & Experience
- 12+ years experience.
- 8+ years of leading and managing a team of direct reports
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years experience with enterprise applications preferred.
- 2+ years experience working with Cybersecurity or Cybersecurity initiatives.
- Experience with the implementation of global metrics and/or governance processes.
- Expertise generating advanced activity status and metrics reports.
- Demonstrated leadership experience on multiple large-scale projects, especially in an international / global environment.
- Working knowledge of software development and support methodologies.
- Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives is preferred.
