The Training and Change Manager is positioned to be an integral part of the Project Management Team to ensure successful delivery of the project and transforming trust into value along with being responsible for managing and overseeing the deliverables for training and change by engaging directly with global and regional process leadership to raise the awareness for training and change activities. This role also requires providing high visibility into overall progress to the senior stakeholders, deliver within prescribed timelines high quality training and change deliverables in line with the program plans, possess collaborative, cooperation and coordination skills with the functional and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption. This position will report to the open Deployment position.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Develop creative and visually appealing deliverables for training and/or change management for large scale Global Transformations
- Develop training collateral for ILTs, WBTs, and other formats like Nano-videos, inclusive of training curriculum, training course outlines, storyboards, training courses, and training evaluation
- Develop change management collateral, including materials for change impact analysis, readiness surveys and associated analysis, communications, and engagement materials
- Collaborate with clients, project team and subject matter experts, in a virtual/live environment, on project deliverables and tasks
- Develop, improve, document, and communicate the change process and policies
- Collect change process metrics; design and implement process improvement measures to drive efficiencies and effectiveness in executing changes
- Ensure strong, clear, and effective communication across all stakeholders
- Maintain the quality of the CMDB and work with stakeholders to ensure all Configuration Items are up to date.
- Decision maker with an operational outlook
- Share best practices, cross-train staff, and ensure that customers and key stakeholders are kept informed during the change request process
- Experience of working in a large organization and with a large platform of applications
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of related work experience
Preferred:
- Relevant certification in change management or equivalent certifications
- Master's degree or other post-secondary degree
- Change Management or equivalent certification
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- ITIL Foundation and Intermediate Certification in ITIL Service Transition Lifecycle and Release, Control and Validation Capability
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies including but not limited to: ADDIE model, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, interactive learning experiences, and digital adoption platforms
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and multimedia principles
- Experience with an international enterprise working with stakeholders from various regions desired
- Prior experience evolving Change Management program to work with Release Management continuous integration
- Change and Incident Management in a large-scale environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player and willingness to work toward individual and team goals
Preferred:
- Experience working in a global setting and in cross-functional teams
- Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Experience anticipating emerging issues, problem-solving and implementing new business solutions
TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
- Holds an in-depth knowledge of business processes and has ability to work with diverse functions
- Owns alignment with business units, functions and Global teams on the prioritization and timing of detail features & capabilities to meet current and future state customer needs across partnership strategy
- Deep experience in process/function domain with exposure to data warehousing, analytics engineering, BI and experience managing large scale programs
- Prior experience building, implementing, and tracking plans for large and complex programs that span multi-year, multiple geographies and have multiple delivery and support partners
- Ability to lead the technology teams as well as partner at a strategic level with the senior stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and anticipate future consequences and trends and incorporate them into the organizational plans
- Ability to analyze trends, data, and reports to come up with compelling solutions to complex problems

- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Ability to facilitate meetings, and follow up action items
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong drive for results with a high degree of flexibility, as agendas and stakeholders change very often during the programs
