The IT Lead, Test Management role will be responsible to establish and execute Testing Strategy and Test Management Framework as part of BIOS (Business Integrated Operating Systems) initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for Test and Defect Management, Test Automation, Performance Testing, Negative testing, Regression Testing and other necessary functions documented in Testing Strategy. This role reports directly to the IT Dir, Oracle Platform delivery.

Essential Functions
- Lead and establish Global Standard Testing Strategy and Test Management Framework for all future BIOS initiatives, by partnering and proactively collaborating with Enterprise Product, Platform, DevOps and other Digital Technology teams, as needed.
- Drive and define standards for utilizing Test Management tools like Zephyr Scale for executing Test Cases and Manage Defects in Testing Milestones like SITs and UATs.
- Drive and define standards for identifying and developing Automated Test Scripts in Selenium as part of future Deployments. Goal should be to remove redundancies and develop global standard automated test scripts for various functional areas in Oracle Cloud and all other Boundary apps.
- Plan and lead Testing Milestones (SITs/UATs) for future Deployments and also for Retro-Deployments.
- Coordinate the collection of Test Scripts for milestones and upload of the same in Zephyr Scale.
- Ensure Negative Testing is included in the documentation of Test Scripts.
- Ensure Performance/Load Testing is part of the overall test plan for SIT/UATs.
- Ensure User Stories, RICEs and Audit Controls (from RACM) are mapped to Test Scripts to ensure full solution in scope is being tested comprehensively.
- Lead various Testing Milestone meetings including Kick off meeting, Daily Status meetings, Defect tracking meetings etc.
- Establish appropriate Metrics and Status reports for monitoring, tracking and reporting status of Testing events.
- Plan and Manage Regression testing during UAT milestones.
- Lead training sessions for Test Management tool (Zephyr Scale) and processes for the purpose of Business, IT and vendor teams.
- Ensure the availability of test environments for both Oracle Cloud and Boundary applications and help in resolving any conflicts with refresh cycles and dependencies with other initiatives.
- Assist with tracking impact of Oracle Quarterly Releases to Testing Milestones.
- Work on continuous improvement of quality assurance practices, tools and methodologies and incorporate those in execution.
The successful candidate must have strong ERP implementation background and must be a people leader to collaborate across various Digital Technology and Business teams.

- Assist with other projects as necessary to contribute to efficiency and effectiveness of work requirements
- Work outside the standard office 7.5-hour workday may be required.
Formal Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Systems Management, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.
Knowledge & Experience
- 10+ years of IT experience.
- 10+ years of broad-based information systems or large platform/ERP implementation experience.
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience and success in leading and supporting QA/Testing cycles/milestones as part of large ERP platform implementations.
- Proven experience in Test Management processes and tools (like ALM, Zephyr Scale, etc.) including Test Scripts and Defects.
- Strong experience in Performance/Load testing tools and processes.
- Strong experience in development and execution of Automated Test Scripts in tools like Selenium and others.
- Strong experience in managing Regression Testing and conflict resolution.
- Proven experience effectively communicating to business domain stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
