Sherwin-Williams Consumer Brands Group is offering a PAID marketing summer internship program for college students that offers hands-on experience. The CBG marketing internship program is 10-week summer program focusing on professional development, engagement, and by supporting the HGTV Home by Sherwin Williams marketing brand inniatives. The program will kick off with an opening kickoff event and will end with a group presentation highlighting the exciting and new experiences that you learned throughout the summer.
This role will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives that drive awareness and consideration for top brands and support the ongoing business needs of key retail customers.
*The 10 week internship program will begin on 5/28/2024, and Interns are required to work a maximum of 37.5 hours per week*

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in coordinating the development of brand materials for DIY consumers
- Assist with brand with digital requests and project management
- Assist with photo and video shoot requests and needs
- Assist with deck creation and internal and external presentations
- Assist with ongoing asset management and creation of new brand content
- Review and support influencer program content
- Review and support social media content and strategy
- Review and support public relations content
- Assist with the Color Collection of the Year launch
- Current undergraduate student pursing a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Organized, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Preferred:
- Grade point average of 3.0 or higher
- Experience related to Marketing, Public Relations or Social Media Marketing preferred
- Results oriented with demonstrated organization and time management skills
