The Sherwin-Williams Finance Automation & Insights Internship Program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in predictive insights and business process automation.
The 10-week program features a singular experience in Business Process Automation or Predictive Planning and Insights (PPI) with cross-functional exposure across Sherwin-Williams.

- Day-to-day activities include special projects, developing knowledge of our overall automation capabilities including machine learning & AI technologies, solving for unique business problems, exploring automated integrated business planning solutions, and educating different groups within Sherwin-Williams on the power of predictive analytics & process automation.
- There are a variety of post-internship opportunities, including extending your internship, returning for another internship experience, or transitioning into our full-time Automation & Insights Development Program upon graduation.
- You will develop the foundation for what it takes to become a successful leader in our organization.
- Additionally, you will complete a project to contribute to the continuous improvement of functional processes, allowing you to see the significant role our employees play in Sherwin-William’s success.
- You will partner with fellow interns, work with a variety of internal experts, and network with Sherwin-Williams leaders.
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid Driver’s License.

- Have completed your sophomore year
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
