CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Must be available to work 24-32 hours per week, June 3, 2024 – August 2, 2024
- Position Responsibilities may include:
- Customer payment processing
- Assisting with the development and implementation of a division accounts receivables portfolio risk analysis
- Additional responsibilities shall include: accounts receivables database maintenance, analysis and other tasks and projects as assigned
- Potential Projects may include:
- Processing electronic payments from customers
- Oracle customer master maintenance
- Vendor references
- Proof of delivery research
- Misc projects.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be available to work 24-32 hours per week, June 3, 2024 – August 2, 2024
FORMAL EDUCATION:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Current undergraduate student pursing a degree in Finance or Accounting or Business-related field
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Must be able to research and interpret financial statements used by corporations including the income statement and balance sheet.
- Must have excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based applications (Google Chrome, MS Edge)
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to be self-directed and able to multi-task
- Completed at least two full years of undergraduate education
