Job Summary:
The Network Administrator II will with general direction, oversee the administration of the company’s hardware, software infrastructure, and computer network systems, provide technical guidance to end users, support projects and initiatives, and be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT field.
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School diploma or GED/HiSET required.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as well as strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server/Workstation Operating Systems.
- Knowledge of all Windows Operating Systems.
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows Networking (DNS, DHCP).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of other Windows-based PC applications.
- Knowledge of VMWare Administration.
- Knowledge of Cisco Firepower / VPN Systems.
- Knowledge of Veeam Backups.
- Knowledge of Web Servers and related technology (IIS, HTML, etc.).
- Knowledge of printers and copiers.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communications skills.
- Solid hardware installation and troubleshooting skills.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Schedule is Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
