SUMMARY
As part of the Ryder team the coordinator will handle a variety of tasks including handling incoming call volumes, researching Ryder invoices, explaining charges, comchecks and communicating with external field personnel to close Salesforce cases within 2-day service level agreement (SLA).

certifications, etc.
The pay range for this role is $17-$20 an hour based off experience.
