As a Warehouse Cell Leader, you will be responsible for the warehouse on your shift. Are you responsible for motivating and leading associates in a safe and efficient manner to ensure efficiency.

You Will:

• Ensure team is properly trained in safely operating company equipment and following policies.
• Facilitate pre-shift meetings
• Ensure all lift trucks, dock equipment and other related equipment is maintained in safe and efficient manger
• Responsible for performance evaluations and individual improvement plants

You have:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with Associates, Management and third parties
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills, with proven ability to drive sustained change and achieve improved business outcomes
• Minimum three years of experience in leadership role in a warehouse
