Compensation/Benefits

• $18.08-$29.53/hr based on previous background.
• Evening differential $2.00/HR.
• Night differential $2.50/hr.
• Weekend differential $2.50/hr.
• PRN differential $2.50/hr.

Our Unit is a 28 bed surgical unit that takes care of wide variety of patients. We provide training for medical-surgical, Telemetry,  & Neurosurgery. We work with interdisciplinary team of medical professionals who strive to always deliver  and compassionate care to our patients. 3NW has great teamwork atmosphere and a wonderful place to work, learn and grow.  

• The LPN will perform a variety of unit based functions under the supervision of RN.
• Responsibilities include, reviewing and clarifying physician orders, scheduling patients for the infusion center, receiving critical lab results,
• administering medications and fluids through various routes, monitoring patient responses during infusion therapy,
• maintain accurate records related to the infusion center.
• The LPN should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Education

•  Completion of a vocational program for Licensed Practical Nurse. 

Experience

• Prefer previous hospital experience.
• Previous work history reflecting stable employment is necessary. 
• If no work experience, will consider school attendance record and performance.

(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience)

Licensure/Certification

• Current Oklahoma State LPN License or active Multistate LPN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. 
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) training for duration of employment.
