group home Assistant Manager in Edison, NJ. The group home Assistant Manager is responsible for training and supervising staff, and assisting in assessments and medical appointments. The qualified candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, have a responsible attitude, and be reliable. The ability to assist with client care and transportation is required. The qualified candidate will share on-call responsibilities with the group home Manager and provide effective leadership and direction to staff in the absence of the manager. Job Requirements:
- An Associate's degree preferred
- A valid driver's license in good standing and must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance
- Experience working as a supervisor preferred
- Experience with individuals with intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities
Position Details:
Location: Edison County: Middlesex Hours Per Work Week: 40 Weekly Work Schedule: Tues. -Fri. 2pm -10pm and Sat. 9am - 5pm
