We are currently recruiting for a group home Assistant Manager in Manalapan NJ. The group home Assistant Manager is responsible for training and supervising staff and assisting in assessments and medical appointments. The qualified candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, a responsible attitude, and reliability. The ability to assist with client care and transportation is required. The qualified candidate will share on-call responsibilities with the group home Manager and provide effective leadership and direction to staff in the manager's absence.
