WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Overall Management and Execution:
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, including sourcing and vendor management projects, developing and maintaining project charters, budgets, and project structures.
Coordination and Issue Resolution:
- Facilitate day-to-day work coordination, prioritization, and removal of impediments. Track work status, manage issues, and evaluate progress, quality, and costs. Develop action plans to address gaps or risks and ensure adherence to compliance and procurement processes.
Governance and Vendor Management
- Manage the end-to-end IT Strategic Sourcing Program, including competitive bid processes (RFx’s), contract negotiation with global suppliers, resolution of contract disputes, and the development of financial and operational metrics.
- Ensure contract compliance, vendor risk assessments, and the establishment of contractual Service Level Agreements to measure Vendor Performance in alignment with corporate, regulatory, and legal requirements.
- Maintain vendor risk assessments or registers in cooperation with relevant teams. Ensure contracts comply with corporate, regulator, legal requirements, and standards. Establish contractual Service Level Agreements to measure Vendor Performance.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 2 or more years of project/program management experience.
- Minimum of 2 or more years of experience managing vendors within technology projects and functions
- Vendor management leadership experience, with experience in strategic sourcing practices, vendor dashboards, vendor negotiations, strategic cost reduction initiatives, and vendor quality turnaround
- Knowledge of project management best practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, coupled with effective communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
- Bachelors degree in a related field of study, such as Business Administration or Management Information Systems.
- Experience implementing regular reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and outcomes.
