MHS is seeking a Coordinator of Pension & Benefits. The coordinator is responsible for researching and performing all pension related functions and governmental compliance reporting, as well as assisting with the administration of all health and welfare benefits and employee services for MHS, Hershey Trust Company, M.S. Hershey Foundation and Catherine Hershey Schools employees and retirees. This position supports all benefit programs within a strategic approach that meets the evolving external (legal compliance) and internal environment. Also, provides direct assistance and information to participants, vendors, and service providers. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for the management of the Benefits Administration module of the HRIS.
This position is in Hershey, PA and is an in-person year-round role, with salary ranging from $73K to $97K (school year 23-24). Pay is determined based on experience. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree.• At least 5 years of retirement benefits administration experience required. • Expertise in utilization of HRIS. Peoplesoft experience a plus. Excel skills required. • Demonstrated skills in customer-service, problem-solving, process improvements, and reporting/data analysis. • Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
