Assist the store manager in the day to day operations of the optical shop. Demonstrate leadership qualities to all employees. Supports the employees in customer relations, and the resolution of problems. Assist manager in development of marketing plan to stimulate store sales. Assist customer in eyeglass frame selection and prescription analysis. Assist with the following accounting areas: accounts payable, patient accounts receivable, billing, collections and P&L management. Assist manager in third-party processes and contracts. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.
