Responsible for providing Asset Protection support for the company through use of camera technology, functional job knowledge, and experience. Coordinators are expected to be multi-dimensional, open-minded, global-thinking, enterprising and intelligent. Provide a centralized and continuous resource for concerns involving safety, security, and investigation support. Escalate and communicate situations to appropriate Asset Protection and other department leadership, as necessary. Maintain and update various Asset Protection systems and databases for accurate retrieval of information.

What You'll be Doing:
- Drive results in critical incident communication, internal & external risk awareness, fraud prevention, investigation support, and AP technology technical support.
- Clearly and confidently communicate during critical/emergency situations.
- Utilize AP tools and programs to conduct investigation support and partner with multi-level AP teams.
- Conduct video audits to identify process adherence, safety concerns, business requests, and respond to financial crime to reduce losses.
- Triage requests/concerns, drive engagement and manage ambiguity in order to drive results.
- Participate in special projects, activities, and support the organization by providing ad hoc information and reports as directed by leadership.
- Thoroughly document actions and accurately update AP trackers, reports, and surveys for compliance and business continuity.

What You Bring With You (Qualifications):
- Asset Protection certification preferred (ability to complete within 6 months).
- Genetec certification preferred (ability to complete within 12 months).
- LPQ certification preferred (ability to complete within 12 months).
- Ability to think strategically and make discretionary recommendations and decisions.
- Ability to prioritize time to achieve the greatest positive impact to the organization.
- Ability to effectively lead during critical situations when not on premise.
- Understanding of call center technology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong investigative skills/techniques.
- Understanding of retail operations.
- Basic understanding of the criminal and civil justice systems.
- Basic understanding of Organized Retail Crime (ORC).
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
- Committed to reliable and consistent attendance.
