Job Summary and QualificationsEnsure that accreta and fetal surgery cases are scheduled, staffed with appropriate multidisciplinary physician team, RNs, Anesthesia, scrub resources, etc. · Responsible for scheduling and conducting drills for accreta and fetal surgery cases with L/D and surgical services staff · Work with the Placenta Accreta Specialists of North Texas and the Fetal Care Center to establish quality measures for the accreta and fetal surgery program · Responsible for primary circulator for accreta and fetal surgery cases when needed · Work closely with PASD of North Texas and the Fetal Care Center as the central point of contact for cases · Ensure all equipment and instrumentation are ready for surgeons. · Work with Perinatal Program Manager for Texas State Designations · Develop policy and procedures for accreta and fetal surgery cases · Work with Women’s Services Educator to develop education plan and quarterly competencies for L/D staff · Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization. · Other duties as assigned.
Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license ·
