Our client in Olympia, WA is seeking Warehouse Efficiency Observers for a short-term assignment to join their team. As an Observer, you will be supporting the Warehouse Efficiency Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, Data Collecting skills and a will be Team Player. This will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Efficiency Observers (Temporary)
Location: Olympia, WA
Pay Range: $23.5957/hour
Shift Schedule:
Week 1 (Day Shift): 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4 days)
Week 2 (Night Shift): 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (4 days)
What’s the Job?
Observe and record daily activities in the LSM, warehouse, and shipping departments.
Monitor and document break schedules and work patterns.
Conduct a time study to evaluate workflow and identify potential inefficiencies.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing observations and findings to assist management in decision-making.
Work closely with the management team to ensure accuracy in the data collection process.
What’s Needed?
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately record observations.
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work 12-hour shifts.
Basic knowledge of warehouse or manufacturing environments is a plus.
Strong communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
Must be available to work both day and night shifts during the two-week assignment.
