The Facilities Technician is responsible for general maintenance support for assigned buildings, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment.

• Monitor facility conditions for safety and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot power, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry and plumbing.
• Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts.
• Assist in moving office furniture and equipment as needed.

1. Proficient in using hand and electrical tools.
2. Capable of making minor concrete repairs.
3. Ability to operate man lifts (boom lift/scissor lift) with proper training.

1. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
2. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/smartphone).
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of experience preferred.
