Job Overview:

• Efficiently and accurately process both union and non-union payrolls, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
• Leverage advanced MS Excel skills to manipulate and analyze payroll data, create detailed reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Stay current with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, ensuring accurate tax calculations, proper reporting, and compliance with wage and hour laws.
• Analyze and resolve complex payroll discrepancies, collaborating with HR and finance teams for accurate and timely resolution.
• Generate payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing valuable insights into payroll data and trends.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of payroll processing experience; supervisory or management experience is a plus.
• Proven expertise in using ADP and Workday for high-volume payroll processing.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation.
• Strong understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve payroll issues efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with HR and finance teams.
