Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Order Process and Team Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our order processing operations, providing support and guidance to our team members, and ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of our order management processes. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP, financial reporting, people management, and development skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage escalations and prioritize tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the order processing operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
- Provide management and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment conducive to productivity and growth.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing order management processes, including streamlining workflows, enhancing efficiency, and improving accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
- Utilize SAP and other relevant software systems to manage orders, track inventory, and generate reports for financial analysis and decision-making.
- Manage escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, as well as opportunities for training, development, and career advancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service, to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in order management, with recent experience in SAP required.
- Strong understanding of order processing operations, including order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, and shipping.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
- Proven track record of success in people management and development, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
