Job Title: 2nd Shift Assembly Lead
Pay: $18.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead a team of assembly operators during the 2nd shift.
• Ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met.
• Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices.
• Monitor and manage workflow to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct inspections to ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or improvements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an assembly lead role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
