Job Description:The City of Tulsa is seeking a dedicated and Unarmed CLEET certified Bailiff to join our team. As a Bailiff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining courtroom security, providing assistance to the public, and ensuring the smooth operation of legal proceedings. This position requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented, punctual, and can communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide unarmed security in the courtroom environment.
• Greet and assist the public, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Retrieve tickets and probation files for court proceedings.
• Verify insurance documents for compliance.
• Calculate and discuss payment plans with defendants.
• Perform other duties as assigned by court officials.

Qualifications:

• Unarmed CLEET certification is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and concisely.
• Punctual and reliable attendance is essential.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
