Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Die Cut Press Operator/Machine Operator to join their team. As a Die Cut Press Operator, you will be part of the Production Department, supporting the Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong math and measurement skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Die Cut Press Operator/Machine Operator
Location: Lancaster
Pay Range: $19-$21/hr

• Set up and run die cutting machines, laser cutting machines, and other types of presses.
• Configure necessary components of the equipment for optimal performance.
• Monitor the job process to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Utilize calipers and micrometers for precise measurements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

• Strong machine operation experience is required.
• Excellent math and measurement skills.
• Proficiency in using computers for job-related tasks.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes.
