Job Title:    Hydroforming Operator
Location:    Sterling Heights, MI
Salary:        Based on experience-Willing to pay for relocation 

About the role:

• Aligns work piece on machine.
• Lubricates parts in accordance with work instructions.
• Operates hydroform to perform desired operation.
• Observes pressure gauges and height settings to ensure properly set and that hydroform is running in accordance with setting.
• Dimensionally and visually inspects parts to ensure they meet customer's requirements.
• Keep work area clean at all times following 5S methods.
• Performs required preventative maintenance procedures on assigned presses within specified time frames.
• Ensure that all preventative maintenance is performed in accordance with PM schedule.

• Has developed knowledge and skills through training or considerable work experience
• Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
• Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.
• Must be capable of running the majority of jobs in the department.
