What will you be doing?
•    Recruit, screen and interview for driver positions
•    Recruit quality candidates for all other position openings as they occur
•    Perform background and reference checks
•    Writing job descriptions and duties for positions
•    Creating a recruitment network on social media and other mediums
•    Designing advertising plans as needed
•    Attending job fairs, college career fairs and other recruiting avenues
•    Make recommendations for hiring

What can you bring to the role?
•    Experience in recruiting with driver hiring preferred
•    Proficient in MS Office and social media
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and listening)
•    Detail-oriented interviewer
•    Great decision-making skills
•    A drive to meet/exceed weekly and monthly hiring and retention goals
•    2 years experience in a related field
