Our client, a leading staffing solutions provider, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in Bourbonnais, IL. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the staffing team supporting the client's associate staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Bourbonnais, IL
Pay Range: $25/hour
What's the Job?
- Manage the associate staffing needs of the client utilizing Manpower's Corporate Service Standard, including the Quality Performance Program, for all services rendered
- Customize/enhance and manage recruiting, training, recognition, and retention programs to ensure optimum customer service
- Implement and manage the orientation program for associates which incorporates client policies
- Monitor and address personnel issues and concerns quickly and effectively
- Counsel employees to more effectively meet productivity and quality goals
- Manage staffing projections of the client
- Develop and manage subcontractor program, if necessary, to meet client staffing needs
- Reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy in preparation for final approval and payment processing
- Provide liaison services regarding invoice issues between Manpower HQ invoicing support and the client
- Monitor profitability of the account
- Manage monthly reports based on Quality Performance results or other determined criteria
- Supervise the performance of the Onsite Supervisor or Onsite Staffing Specialist if applicable
- Perform duties of the Onsite Supervisor or Onsite Staffing Specialist when necessary
- Attend daily shift/line meetings, as appropriate
- Meeting with the client management weekly to review current status of orders and current/future client needs
- Work with the recruiting team to share and plan recruiting strategies
- Strategize with your manager regarding current status and growth strategies of the account
What's Needed?
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred
