Manpower is partnering with a Agricultural company in Loveland, CO to find an experienced Administrative Assistant. This is an in office contract position set to last 6 months. Pay rate is set between $24/hr - $28.50 based on experience.
What you will do: • Thoughtfully manage complex calendars and scheduling for teams in multiple locations and time zones • Consolidate information and compile reports through the application of well-developed skills in Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint) • Take minutes and action items away for standing and ad hoc meetings • Manage expense report coordination and submission • Time sheet initial review • Monthly budget initial review • Respond promptly to needs of the Talent Attraction Leadership Team • Anticipate the team’s needs and make decisions to contribute to an organized work environment • Prepare documents of exceptional quality with minimal supervision for high level audiences • Assist in preparing presentations by compiling information, formatting and editing • Plan and organize local and distant meetings • Act as a liaison and point of reference for cross-functional teams and handling special projects as needed; • Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries with seamless logistics • Balance the needs and priorities of various Talent Attraction members and their teams • This position is an onsite role and will be at the Loveland, CO office What you will bring: • 5+ years of progressive experience in an administrative role, with a minimum of 2 years supporting executive level teams • Familiarity with online calendars and cloud-based systems • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information • Previous experience supporting Talent Attraction is preferred • Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with executive staff, external partners, and various corporate personnel • Superior time management and multitasking skills with a strong sense of urgency • Superior attention to detail • Experience editing and proofreading documents
